RETURN POLICY
If you would like to return your product for a refund or an exchange, please read the below:
Items are eligible for a return up to 30 days after the order has shipped. Returned items must be factory-sealed. For open boxes, non-defective items, and orders in transit, we may be unable to accept the return, or a restocking fee may apply. Some items can only be exchanged if they are defective. Husqvarna robotic mowers qualify for a 60-day return window under the Crown Commitment program.
We strive to assist with all technical support for the products we sell. Please e-mail us at Support@alc-okc.com to start a technical support ticket or call our 24/7 support line to get answers from our robotic assistant. Occasionally, the Manufacture may have more commonly/recently reported issues and be able to offer better support.
To start a return/exchange, please email us at Support@alc-okc.com with the following:
Order number
Description of the issue
Photos and/or videos of the issue
Serial number of your product
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Our team will respond within two business days regarding your return request.
If the product is defective, we will either facilitate repair or provide a prepaid shipping label to replace the entire unit. If you do not want the product anymore, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping.
Once the package is delivered, please allow 5-7 business days on average for the inspection to be completed. You will then receive an email when your replacement item has shipped or when your refund has been issued. If the item is not deemed defective upon inspection, we may be unable to accept the return and the goods would be shipped back to the customer.
SHIPPING RETURNS
To return your product, you should ship your product to 12101 N MacArthur Blvd Suite A, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73162 - after emailing Support@alc-okc.com and receiving a return approval.
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If returning more expensive items, please consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
FREE SHIPPING
Free shipping on Robotic Mower orders is limited to the continental United States. This excludes Alaska & Hawaii. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please submit a contact form or use the live chat to discuss your ordering and shipping options.
Final Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Final Sale Items cannot be refunded.
Shipping Overview
We attempt to ship all orders within two business days. Shipping times depend on the region and service (carrier) chosen. We recommend checking the carrier site for more details. We attempt to ship all products from OKC, OK, but may occasionally drop-ship directly from the manufacturer for a faster turnaround.

REPAIR POLICY
At Autonomowus Lawn Company, we strive to provide exceptional service and support for all our customers. To ensure that your robotic mower continues to operate at its best, we have established the following repair policy for online customers:
Repairs Within Our Service Area:
In or Out of Warranty - Please contact our customer service team (Service@alc-okc.com) to schedule a repair if you are located within our designated service area. We will arrange for a technician to assist you promptly. If the product is covered by warranty (manufacture or extended): parts, labor, and service trip fees are 100% covered. If the issue is not a product defect, the trip change is $150 (including an hour of on-site service) additional time (when approved) will be at a rate of $75 per hour.
Repairs Outside Our Service Area:
For customers outside our service area, we recommend locating a local authorized dealer for any repair needs.
Extended Warranty Repairs:
Extended Warranties Services are provided and fulfilled by Autonomowus Lawn Company directly. For extended warranty repairs, contact our customer service team (Service@alc-okc.com) to schedule a repair if you are located within our designated service area.
Maintenance Tips:
To minimize the need for repairs, we encourage regular maintenance of your robotic mower. Please refer to the user manual or our website for maintenance tips and guidelines.
